About
FIBexDB, the plant genomics tools, database based on transcriptomic data for flax and poplar published in our previous papers and extracted from available open resources. FIBexDB focuses mainly on molecular-genetic aspects of fiber biogenesis and thickened tertiary cell wall development in fibers of different origin. Expression pattern for genes, co-expression network, pairwise comparison are available at FIBexDB.
We are greeting any collaboration in plant fiber field aimed to improve and update FIBexDB with new data for species contained natural fibers forming thickened cell walls.
